Demera Hale is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps her clients achieve their healthy eating goals. There are many ways to eat healthy, but the role she serves is to assist clients in finding their own path to healthy eating, and sometimes that means incorporating so called “forbidden foods” once in awhile. Tara Thornburg is a Prodoula Pre certified Labor & Postpartum Doula.
Tara says, “As a doula my goal is to support women during labor, birth, and postpartum. They need nurturing care and non judgmental support for the birth they want and I am honored to accompany them on that journey.”
