An evening with your girl friends where you’ll learn to prepare nourishing dishes and enjoy soul-filling conversations.
Anjelica will teach you to: Make a delicious and simple nut milk from scratch, How to prepare a gorgeous and filling smoothie bowl, yes, like those ones you see all over Instagram (it’s the perfect go-to snack or weekday breakfast), and How to whip up one of her custom Belly Bowl recipes (ideal for lunch or dinner in with your babe).
Throughout the evening we’ll enjoy a platter of delicious fruits, veggies, and plant based protein, while also chatting about all things women’s wellness, like:
creating a self care practice
reducing inflammation & experiencing gentle periods
nourishing your body for pregnancy
cooking with whole food ingredients
and so much more!
This is approximately a 2-hour event (but we’ll see what flows).
