Milk Boss 101 eBook : : Beginning Day 1, You can have Pain-free, Confident Breastfeeding Without any of the Blood, Sweat, & Tears!

I often receive the same few questions about breastfeeding:

    1. How do I know “exactly” how much breastmilk my baby is drinking?
    2. How do I know he’s getting enough?
    3. How much milk should I be able to pump?
    4. How do I boost my milk supply?
    5. Is fussing at the breast normal?
    6. When can I really begin giving my baby solid food?
    7. Will one bottle sabotage our breastfeeding relationship?
    8. How can I keep my supply up when I go back to work?
    9. How do I get my baby to take a bottle?

I absolutely love getting the opportunity to sit with each of these mamas and calm their fears. I love sharing my trusted tips and tricks to pain-free and confident breastfeeding. But unfortunately there are many women that I don’t get to chat with.

I often get comments like, “where were you when I was breastfeeding my older child”, from women who struggled to meet their breastfeeding goal, many times due to lack of support. It makes me so sad to know that their are women who would love just a moment to sit with a trusted lactation professional and get their burning questions answered, but unfortunately never have that opportunity and therefore give up before they’re actually ready.

I created Milk Boss 101 : A Quick Reference Guide to Help You Breastfeed with Confidence & Peace of Mind, for all those women I just mentioned and their family. For those sweet mamas who I won’t have the pleasure of hiking up my skirt and cozying up on the couch with to have a heart-to-heart about breastfeeding, I wanted there to be a resource for you that allowed you to quickly reference some of the most common breastfeeding concerns.

I also created this book for pregnant mamas who have family and friends who believe breastfeeding isn’t worth it or don’t know how to support a breastfeeding mother. Maybe your mother-in-law says that if you breastfeed she won’t get to help you with the baby. Or maybe your spouse says that it’s gross. This book will give you all the information you need to get them onboard. Milk Boss 101 is meant to take anyone from newbie to expert in the area of supporting the breastfeeding mama.

I also wanted there to be a book that helped women prepare for breastfeeding. There are lots of books that explain breastfeeding anatomy & physiology and the benefits of breastmilk, but few go in detail about what the first few days will actually be like and how to breeze through those days pain-free!

To find out exactly what you’ll get in Milk Boss 101, click here. Once you purchase it and give it a read, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Please leave a review and I’ll always respond.
