Hey lovely!
Today I’m sharing with you a recipe from my book Milk Boss 101: The Modern Breastfeeding Journal & Guide. It’s a delicious and simple dish that was influenced by flavors commonly found in traditional peanut soup, which is popular in many West African countries.
This Mama Abie Belly Bowl contains sweet potatoes which are rich in Vitamin A and beta-cartotene, natural, unsweetened peanut butter, fresh tomatoes, red onions, quinoa, and dark leafy kale, which is high in vitamins K, A, & C. This is a perfectly balanced postpartum dish.
If you make this bowl, I’d love it if you posted it to Instagram and tagged me in a photo.
